Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Tryourplus account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
